Quá trình xử lý túi lọc cần chú ý

Các vấn đề gia công túi lọc cần được chú ý:
Sau khi lựa chọn vật liệu túi lọc và xác định các thông số kỹ thuật của túi lọc, chúng tôi sẽ xử lý túi lọc vì các vấn đề chú ý sau:

(1) Thiết kế chính xác kích thước yêu cầu của vải lọc cho các bộ phận túi lọc, vải lọc sẽ lớn hơn kích thước thiết kế số lượng thực tế, để lại một khoản phụ tùng cho việc dệt vải.

(2) Để chọn phụ kiện túi lọc phù hợp, thông số kỹ thuật và kiểm tra chất lượng của nó. Các phụ kiện túi lọc phải phù hợp với yêu cầu chất lượng túi lọc.

(3) Chúng tôi thực hiện bản vẽ đường túi lọc, cắt, may trên dây chuyền sản xuất tự động. Khi túi lọc cần xử lý thủ công, chúng tôi sẽ mở nó trên nền tảng hoạt động, và với một lực kéo nhất định để giữ cho nó phẳng.

Inspection of filter bag:

Filter bag manufacture should be according to the national standards, industry standards and enterprise standards, quality supervision departments according to the number of sampling test project and the proportion. According to the number of sampling ratio is 5% ~ 20%. For higher requirements on the filter bag, As a group of sampling rate should be above 15%.
