LCM long bag pulse dust remover is developed based on bag dust removers, it is a new type, high efficiency bag dust remover. It not only concentrates the advantages of sector room reverse blow and pulse blow dust removing method, but also increases the length of the filter bag, which enhances the compressed air blow effect.

 It overcomes defects such as weak dust removing strength, synchronization of pulse-blow and filtering process thus solves the problem of dust secondhand pollution and improves filtering efficiency, saves energy and prolongs life-span of filter bags.

       The product adopts programmable logical controller (PLC) in its electric system.

1. Working theory

       The dust remover is composed of dust pot, upper part, middle part and lower part of the tank. The upper, middle and lower parts are tank sectors. When the dust air goes from the wind entrance into the dust pot with heavy dust powders removed. The air then turns upward and goes through the upper, middle and lower sectors with the dust particles caught on the outer surface of the bag. The purified air goes into the clean air room on the top of the filter room and then it is discharged from the wind pipe.

       When cleaning dust, the elevation valve is closed to shut down the air flow(sector off-line dust cleaning). Then the pulse valve opens and sends compressed air into the filter bags to shock off the dust attached on the outer surface of the filter bags. The system will leave enough time to let the dust descend to the dust pot after blowing. This prevents the dust from reattaching to the surface of filter bags. The air discharge valve, pulse valve and dust dumping valve are all controlled by the dust removing PLC.

       1.This product adopts sector room stop-wind pulse blow dust cleaning technique, it overcomes the defects of common pulse blow dust removers and sector room reverse blow dust removers. It can be widely applied to metallurgy, material, mechanical, chemical, electricity and light industries for air purification and material recycling.

       2.Due to the sector room stop-wind pulse blow technique, one blow is enough to completely clean up the dust. And a prolonged dust blow period leads to less energy consumption, less compressed air consumption, less fatigue to filter bags and valves.

       3.Repair and filter bag changing can be done in sector rooms when the machine is powered on. The filter bag opening adopts elastic ring structure, air-proof, safe and stable. The keel of the filter bag adopts right polygon shape so as to reduce the friction between the keel and the bag, which prolongs the life-span of the filter bag and makes it easier to uninstall a filter bag.

       4.Adopts an idea that take out a filter bag from below. When the keel is removed, the dirty bag can be dumped to the dust pot at bottom and taken out from the input bore. This improves bag changing process.

       5.The tank and repair gate are well air-proofed. In construction, the connections are tested with diesel, so air leakage rage is low.

       6.Wind inputoutput ducts are impact with little friction.

 

LCM long bag pulse dust collector, according to filter bag installation in each room and filter bag diameter and filtering area, are divided into 3 series. If divide from rows, there are single row series and double row series.

       (1). LCM340 series, single  double row, filter bag size Ф1306000, pulse blow pressure can be low (0.2-0.3 Mpa), or high (0.4-0.5Mpa). The performance see table 1.

       (2). LCM940 series, double row, filter bag size Ф1606000, pulse blow pressure is low (0.2-0.3Mpa), the performance see table 2.

       (3). LCM920 series, double row, filter size Ф1606000, pulse blow pressure is high (0.4-0.5Mpa), the performance see table 3.

If the customer has special requirements, we can design for the customer. Dust entrance dust density commonly under 60gNm3, if the customer has special requirements, we can design for the customer.

2. Choose filtering speed.

      Filtering speed is an essential factor in dust remover selection. The dust nature, dust spot environment, dust particle size, stickiness, air temperature, water content, dust density and filter bag material should be considered before selection.

       When the dust is small in size with high humidity, density and stickiness, choose low filtering speed. E.g. 1m/min; otherwise choose a high value, but less than 1.5m/min. For big size dust with dry, normal temperature, non-sticky, low density, choose 1.5-2m/min.

       When choosing the filtering speed, make sure the net filtering speed at N-1 room filtering area does not exceed the above data. 2. Filtering material

       Put the dust air temperature, water content, acid alkaline nature, stickiness, density into consideration.

       For non-acid dust air with low water content and the temperature 130℃, use 500-550gm2 polyester felt. 250℃, use aramid fiber felt or 800gm2 glass fiber felt or 800gm2 latitude double heavy glass fiber fabric or FMS high temperature filtering material (for fluorine dust air). For dust air with higher water content and high density, choose water oil-proof material (or non-condensation filtering material) or coated material (the base cloth should be water-proofed felt). For acid alkaline dust air with temperature 190℃, choose Ryton felt. For dust air temperature 240℃ and acid alkaline nature neglected, choose P84 felt.

       When the dust air is inflammable or explosive, use anti-static polyester felt. When the dust air is explosive and wet, choose water oil static proof polyester felt

       LCM long bag pulse dust remover adopts PLC micro-computer control device in dust cleaning. Set pressure(auto mode), timing(auto mode) and manual mode are available.

       Set pressure mode When the pressure exceeds the preset value, the system cleans the sectors once.

       Timing mode When the set period is over, the system cleans the sectors once.

       Manual mode manually operate the control panel to clean the sectors or just one sector.br

       The default dust cleaning mode is timing mode.

4. Dust remover parameter see the attached table.

       1.For convenient transportation, disassemble the machine and deliver the parts (the parts only has rust paint, the surface paint will be done on the installation spot). When the parts have been received, check the parts with the packing list. Then check if any damage occurred. Repair the damage if there is any. Watch out for theft.

       2.Inspect the dust discharging device. Lubricate the turning sliding parts with grease. Lubricate the reducer box with oil.

       3.Install the dust remover in line with national safety rules and regulations.

       4.Install from base to top according to the installation instruction and drawings. Hook the post and install it after adjusting parallel vertical distances. Then install the beam and the dust pot; After fixed the dust pot, correct the errors then hook and install the lower, middle and upper tank parts and wind ducts. After that install compressed air box, pulse valve and blow pipe. Then install electric system and compressed air pipe system.

       5.Blow pipe installation should be carefully done in line with the drawing. Keep certain distance with the swage board and coordinate the axles of the pipe and the bore on the swage board with an error less than 2mm.

       6.All repair gates and the connecting flanges should have air-proof gaskets. The repair gate gaskets should be glued. All connections should be well sealed.

       7.Before install the compressed air pipes, remove possible clogs and dirties in the pipes. After installation, a pressure test should be done with a working pressure 1.15 times that of normal. When doing this test, close the safety valve. After the test, adjust the pressure reducing valve to designated pressure.

       8.Install the power system according to the electric control drawing.

       9.After the installation of the dust remover, check again for errors. Ensure the air-proof of the tank, the wind ducts, dust pot welding seams. When necessary, use diesel and compressed air to test the air-proof of the system.

       10.When pressure test is necessary, make the system work under a pressure 1.15 times that of normal pressure in the clean air room. The minimum pressure adopts the system fan’s pressure. Keep running for 1 hour. The acceptable leakage is 2%.

       11.The final work is to install the filter bags and surface paint the machine. First take off the blow pipe to install the filter bags. Keep the filter bags away from overweight, sharp edges or hard things Connect the filter bag with the swage board correctly and closely. The keel should be placed vertically from the top of the filter bag.

       12.Stand-alone system testing. After the system is completely installed and pressure test done, adjust the valves, like inputoutput valve, dumping valve, spiral conveyors. First manually, then automatically. Run the machine for 8 hours to see if everything goes on well.

       13.Test PLC in simulated experiment. First test the valves to see if they are working well. Then use timing mode to clean the sectors.

       14.Collaboration adjustment After the whole system is under work, the system fan also under load, repeat the 13 test.

       15.Normal running All parts are working in collaboration and PLC performs well 5-10 min before the system running. Record the data and inspect the parts once more. If the timing mode is used, when the pressure reaches the set pressure value (say,1500-1800Pa), manually open PLC to clean up the filter bags. After the process is done, record the time period that the pressure reaches the set pressure again. Repeat this process and work out an average time value and set this data as the timing mode value and input it into PLC. Then, the PLC will work in timing mode.

5. Repair and maintenance

       1.The dust remover should be taken care of by designated personnel who master the structure and performance of the dust remover and report problems if they occur. The person on duty should record running data.

       2.Rotating part should be periodically lubricated.

       3.If the air discharging spot is smoking, it denotes filter bag broken. When repair, stop wind sector by sector and open the lid. If the bag opening has dust on it, the filter bag must be broken and needs to be changed.

       4.The dust remover pressure is usually between 1200-1500Pa, with a maximum value 2000Pa. Adjust the dust remove period according to pressure condition on the control box panel.

       5.The air filter of the compressor system needs to be cleaned regularly. The water discharge valve at the bottom of the air box needs to be opened periodically. The compressed air tank (if equipped), needs to be discharged of water regularly.

       6.The control valves like electro-magnetic valve and pulse valves should be checked by specialist regularly.

       7.The off-line air discharge valve and the electro-hydraulic lever has been adjusted during fabrication. If necessary, the user can adjust the current of electro-hydraulic lever in its rated scale. The lever should be lubricated every half year. The lubricant should be filtered without water. The oil opening should be sealed. Use 8# motor oil in winter and 10# motor oil in summer. Maintain the lever every half year by flushing the pipes, oil way block and filter with diesel.

6. Order information

       1.Please note the product spec., model and quantity (including air inputoutput formation) in the order form. Declare the temperature, water content, powder nature and density of the dust spot and the filter material required. We provide polyester felts.

       2.Spiral or blade conveyor and dust dumping valve is an addition to the price.

       3.The brackets can be customized and the price is an addition.

       4.Timing mode is the default electric control mode. If changes need to be done, the fee is on the buyer.

       5.Insulation layer will be an additional price.

       6.If the dust remover should be installed outdoors, a rain cover is needed. We can prepare it for the buyer with additional price.

       7.Apart from the main machine and random accessories, we can provide spare parts like pulse valve and filter bags if the buyer needs.br

       8.We do not provide electric control box power, dust dumping system power, wires or illumination, etc, apart from the dust remover itself.

       9.We are responsible for installation and adjustment. The cost is an addition. If the buyer install the dust remover, we will send technicians to guide the process.
